Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival 2026
Winter just got a whole lot cozier! We’re excited to announce that Growing Chefs has once again been chosen as a charitable partner of the 16th annual Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival, running from January 17 to February 14, 2026.
This beloved city‑wide celebration brings together cafés, bakeries, and chocolatiers to craft imaginative hot chocolate drinks, all with a generous spirit of community.

49th Parallel Café & Lucky’s Doughnuts – Campfire Cocoa: toasted marshmallow and chocolate with toffee cold foam and a mini brioche doughnut
Aiyaohno Café – Keeping Warm Under the Kotatsu: dark chocolate blended with mandarin orange
Analog Coffee – Miso Moon: houjicha tea and dark chocolate with miso caramel
À La Mode Pie Café – Angel on Cloud 9: white hot chocolate with cherry, pomegranate, and port
Beaucoup Bakery – Cereal Dream FM: milk‑chocolate hot cocoa with toasted cornflake and oat milk, finished with Okinawan kuromitsu for smoky caramel depth
BAK’D Cookies – Bak’d Birthday Brownie: caramel dark hot chocolate with salted caramel whipped cream and a Salted Caramel Brownie Cookie
